The LSTI bands together leading telecommunications providers and network operators to promote development of broadband mobile radio networks based on UMTS Long Term Evolution (LTE)technology.
By becoming a member, Rohde & Schwarz will contribute to interoperability testing (IOT) and initial field tests. this should shorten time-to-market for next-generation basestations and wireless devices, says the company.
