U.S. firm Power-One and UR Holding signed a European distribution agreement to promote selected products in the power-conversion market in specific European territories.

An important technology driver for the partnership is Power-One's Z-Series. It is able to integrate power conversion, control, and communications using the company's proprietary ZOne Digital Power Management Architecture.
